Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing of your request.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized Florina boutique.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
